JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the earlier order of refusal of arms licence to the petitioner has been set aside by the Appellate Authority and the matter was remitted back to the Licensing Authority for fresh consideration while allowing the appeal on 30.08.2011 itself, however, no decision has been taken as yet by the District Magistrate-cum-Licensing Authority, Patna.
Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to take a decision in the matter
Patna High Court CWJC No.758 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in accordance with law and also considering the findings and observations of the Appellate Authority as well as the decision of this Court rendered in Manish Kumar Vs. The State of Bihar and Ors. reported in 2015 (4) PLJR 212.
