JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Earlier the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 18.1.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 1340 of 2019 with direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of that order and on his surrender the learned court below was directed to release him on provisional bail for a period of three months with certain directions. Now after almost three months this application has been filed for extending the period of further two weeks to surrender.

Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant any further time to the petitioner.

However, petitioner may surrender and make prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24744 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of the materials available on the record.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
