2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 72 of 2025, instituted under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 117(2), 303(2), 352 of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence F.I.R. named accused persons came at the house of informant and said to move aside his buffalo. When the informant was moving his buffalo, Petitioner No. 2 assaulted him with Kudal causing head injury. The accused persons also assaulted the father and uncle of the informant causing injuries

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Due to land dispute, free fight took place between the parties in which both the parties got injured. There is case and counter case between the parties. Except one injury on the hand of injured, other injuries are simple in nature. There is no specific allegation against petitioners. Specific allegation is against Petitioner No. 2 that he assaulted on the head of the informant Sonu Kumar with Kudal but injury report does not support the same. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Petitioners undertake to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submission of learned counsel for the parties and clean antecedent of petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta
