Precisely, the writ application has been filed commanding the respondents to provide protection to the petitioner in selling the paddy belonging to the Math as sale of such paddy is being obstructed by the anti-social elements inasmuch as the petitioner has to lodge an F.I.R. against them. It is stated that a representation in this regard has been filed before the District Magistrate as well as the Circle Officer. In my view, the writ application merits to be disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate (respondent no. 2) afresh ventilating the grievance as raised in this application.
