The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nathnagar P. S. Case No. 145 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 386, 447 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners and others demanded extortion from the informant by putting him in fear of death, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
