2. Mr. Amit Shrivastava, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondent informs this Court that the petitioner has suppressed the fact that he has already availed remedy before the Registrar, Cooperative Society and for the same relief, he has filed the present writ petition.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to avail remedy before the Registrar, Cooperative Society.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
