(ii) Further for a direction to the respondent that to enquire into the matter and then fix the responsibility to the responsible person and take necessary action against them."

Considering the fact that with the efflux of time, probably, the present writ petition might have been rendered infructuous, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities in case of any subsisting grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.
