The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No.96 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 354B, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and the injury sustained by the informant Chandeshwar Paswan was found simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S.
