JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That through this application Gita Rani Singh as a petitioner is praying for the issuance of an appropriate direction or order to the District Magistrate Kaimur (Bhabua) to issue the Caste Certificate in favour of the petitioner that she is Kharwar (S.T.) by Caste and also to quash the order dated 21.10.2011 passed in Misc. Case No.46/2010-11 rendered by the District Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabua)

Patna High Court CWJC No.19947 of 2014(2) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 by which he has refused to accept that the petitioner is Kharwar (S.T.) by Caste whereas there are several documentary evidence in support of the petitioner as Kharwar (S.T.) by Caste."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
