Having regard to the fact that the death of the father of the petitioner had taken place in the year 1980, this Court is not inclined to go into the question of the petitioner being entitled for appointment on compassionate ground, inasmuch as if the family has survived for 35 years there would be no question of appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
