2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar Mahila P.S. Case No.10 of 2022 dated 19.02.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 498A, 504 & 506/34 IPC and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file a fresh application for cancellation of bail of
