JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.527 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are cross cases with regard to same incident. Injuries have been caused to both the parties and it is a case of free fight, without commenting on merit, the nature of injury caused to all the persons, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of arrest, they shall be released on
