The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Gaurichak P.S. Case No.99 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The informant made allegation in his complaint petition on the basis of which the present F.I.R. is lodged that he went to the house of the petitioner for negotiation of marriage of Guddu Kumar with his daughter but the petitioners took Rs.5,000 and later on, refused to marry.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that daughter of the informant was minor, therefore, the negotiation could not be materialized. The petitioner did not receive any

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S.
