Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No 253 of 2017 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The informant and the petitioners are relatives. He submits that in a scuffle the injury sustained by the informant sides is simple in nature and not on the vital part of the body, as evident from the injury report.

No.13713 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 253 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
