2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 237 of 2024 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, total 113.25 litres of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 26.03.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cumSpecial Judge, Excise-II, Madhepura, in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 237 of 2024.
