The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017 registered under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 5(2) of the Private Hospital Clinic Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has not sold any illegal medicine and the said clinic was run in the name of Dr. Yogendra Prasad, where he used to do work of dresser.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
