The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners caught hold of the informant when co-accused Vishal Ram caused injury with knife on the thigh of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation of causing injury is against co-accused Vishal Ram. The injury is also found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.375 of 2016 (2) dt.07-01-2016 2/2 named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.540/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
