The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 384and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Test Identification Parade has not been carried out till date. Similarly situated co-accused Md. Nehal has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No. 16551/2020. Petitioner is in custody since 22.9.2020.

Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Korha Police Station Case No. 483 of 2019.
