2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 331(3) and 305(a) of the B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that some unknown miscreants have committed theft in the house of the informant.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown miscreants. During course of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30148 of 2026(2) dt.22-06-2026 2/3 investigation, petitioner was remanded in this case from Patliputra P.S. Case No. 591 of 2024 wherein he has given his confessional statement. It has further been submitted that save and except the confessional statement, there is nothing against him. No recovery has been made from his possession. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of 10 cases. Learned cousnel for the petitioner has submitted that after his remand in Patliputra P.S. Case No. 591 of 2024, the police has remanded him in all the cases. Most of the cases of Patlipura P.S. He is languishing in judicial custody since 14.01.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-X, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 553 of 2024 with the following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors shall be close relative of the

(ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in trial and shall remain physically present on each and every date fixed by the learned trial court.
(iii) He shall also mark his attendance weekly at Patliputra P.S.
