The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Sections 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that false allegations have been made against the petitioner that he ran away with carriage proceeds of the truck of the informant about Rs.1,00000/- after parking his truck and, thereafter, he refused to work for the informant, however, the true fact is that the informant did not pay the wages of the petitioner, who is the driver of the said truck, and on demand, he has been falsely implicated in this case. Having regards to the facts and circumstances of

Case No.229 of 2015, the above named petitioner, Vijay Ray shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Nalanda, Biharshariff subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
