This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 402, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order, dated 09.12.2016, three months' time was allowed, on the prayer of the petitioner, so that the petitioner could pay the entire dues amount.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed stating therein that the petitioner has paid only rupees three lakhs uptill now and the rest amount of rupees thirty-two lakhs and odd, he would pay within next eight months.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49405 of 2016 (3) dt.23-03-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Deokund P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, or successor Court, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code and the Court below shall monitor the undertaking of the petitioner of refund of remain amount within time frame, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
