The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate wilt, order direction to the respondents to place the petitioner in pay grade of III from the pay grade of 4 as petitioner obtained qualified marks for such purpose in the internal examination conducted by the Board and result was published on

Patna High Court CWJC No.19849 of 2014(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/3 29.3.2006.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to the respondents to place the petitioner in class III post and to make payment of pay scale of class III post in view of result internal examination conducted by Board for promotion to the class III Post from Class IV Post.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order direction petitioner is efficient to work on class III post and work of class III is being taken from petitioner since last 4 to 5 years."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed before the Managing Director, Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited, Bihar, Patna, within a period of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19849 of 2014(2) dt.03-08-2023 3/3 four weeks from today, he shall consider and dispose off the same, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
