The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 1592 of 2017, registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of the written report of Dablu Ahmad, Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 1592 of 2017, registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown and in course of investigation co-accused Vikash Kumar was apprehended from whose possession two stolen mobiles were recovered, who

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8902 of 2018(2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 disclosed the name of this petitioner as his associate in committing theft.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
