The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maniyari P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Anil Paswan, the informant, named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that the petitioner assaulted his uncle Ramlakshman Paswan with iron rod on his head but Ramlakshman Paswan got one lacerated wound on his head which is superficial and simple in nature. There is a counter version.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is case and counter case and on account of assault made by the petitioner Ramlakshman Paswan the uncle of the informant got

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49712 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 simple injury, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Maniyari P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
