Under the circumstances, the office is directed to send the entire order sheet dated 20.09.2017 along with this order sheet to the learned court below at once and the petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order and then they shall be released on bail as per the terms and conditions of the order dated 20.09.2017.
