The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Muffasil (Motihari) P.S. Case No. 551 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. Regard being had to the undue delay of two days in institution of the first information report after receipt of information at the police station and recovery of two empty cartridges from the side of the road and not from the possession of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9225 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Muffasil (Motihari) P.S. Case No. 551 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today.
