JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 51903 of 2017 by which petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that prayer of the petitioner for provisional anticipatory bail was allowed by order dated 18.12.2017 vide Cr. Misc. no. 51903 of 2017. It is further submitted that bail bond of the petitioner was not accepted by the court below on the ground that no sureties is mentioned in the order. It is mentioned in the order dated 18.12.17 itself that petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the Court below. In such circumstances, court below is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioner to its own satisfaction on his surrender as directed by this court by order dated 18.12.17

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9448 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 51903 of 2017.

Accordingly, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is given to the petitioner to surrender in the Court below in terms of the order dated 18.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 51903 of 2017. This Cr. Misc. application is allowed.
