JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 16.07.2013, contained in Memo No. 191 dated 16.07.2013 passed in Appeal Case No. 101/2011 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Katihar. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
