Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Azam Nagar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016 registered under Sections- 498A, 323, 313, 302, 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in restatement informant stated that she did not see anyone mixing poison in her food. Compromise has been arrived at between the parties. No.51787 of 2016 (4) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 case, the petitioners no. 2 & 3, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Azam Nagar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
