JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 13.06.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-2, Kishanganj in Sessions Trial No. 197 of 2016 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 whereby he has directed the petitioner to appear before the court below for framing of charge.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to take all the points available to the petitioner at the appropriate stage during trial.

Leave is granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
