The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 353, 188 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that informant got confidential information that these petitioners during immersion of idol of goddess Durga, caused damage to the vehicle and also altercated with the police when raised objection. From the written report itself, it appears that there is no any injury to anybody.

There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
