JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that a civil suit is pending between the parties with respect to the land in question and the present first information report has been lodged after delay of more than four years without any explanation only for the purpose of pressurizing the petitioners to compromise the civil suit. It is further submitted that petitioners are men of clean antecedent.
