6. 27-07-2016 This Contempt Application was for alleged non-payment of land acquisition money as per the orders of the learned Subordinate Judge in a reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act.

In the show cause, State has stated that the money with due calculation has now been paid to the petitioner. The calculation sheet is annexed. Initially, the petitioner tried to challenge the same. The money having been paid and the calculation sheet have been supplied. It
