JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed for modification of the order dated 04.02.2019 and for extension of period to surrender the petitioners in the court below. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 04.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5901 of 2019 on being surrendered within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order but the order could not be communicated to the petitioners. It is submitted that there is no latches on the part of the petitioners.

Taking into consideration the facts, period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26638 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 surrender of the petitioners is extended for two weeks further from today.

Accordingly, the order dated 04.02.2019 is modified to the extent indicated above. Thus, this modification petition is allowed.
