2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1) , 109, 74 and 3(5) of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Brijkishore Singh alleged that on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons and some unknown persons assaulted one Vishram singh , Rajesh Kumar singh , Mukesh Prasad, Jai Ram singh , Ranjan Kumar Kushwaha with knife and by pelting stones, causing head injury . It is further alleged that during course of treatment one Vishram Singh died.
