The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegedly, it is a case of murder of the husband of the informant by this petitioner including the accused persons. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has criminal antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that petitioner has criminal antecedent in ten criminal cases and involved in heinous nature of offences.
