The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 283 of 2005 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner No. 1 is the husband of the deceased. Bablu Prasad, informant, alleged that he married his sister ten years ago with Jitendra Kumar, but Jitendra Kumar and his family members started to torture the deceased and they burnt her to death.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no material against the petitioners. It appears that the case is of the year 2005 and the petitioners moved this Court for grant of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48724 of 2016 (2) dt.15-12-2016 2/2 anticipatory bail after ten years of the occurrence. On the ground aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
