Petitioner is in custody in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 342, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that on account of land dispute there is case and counter case.

The petitioner is in custody since 5.1.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is case and counter case and he has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25526 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai , in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018.
