JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 14-12-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 399, 402, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 FEM Act.

It has been stated in para-3 of the bail petition that petitioner has one criminal antecedent but on perusal of the case diary, it appears that petitioner is having four criminal antecedent.

Without going into the merits of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the ground of suppression of fact. Accordingly, bail application of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case
