JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- " For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to remove the encroachment made by private respondents no. 7, 8 and 9 over the land bearing Khata no. 209, Survey no. 1537 and Thana no. 1059 mentioned in Khatiyan and shown as Aam Gairmazarua

Patna High Court CWJC No.11958 of 2021(2) dt.14-10-2022 2/2 Rasta situated in the village of Mahaich and in front of the house of the petitioner by constructing PCC, installing hand pump staircase and Shauchalay over the public land and Rasta causing great inconvenience of the petitioner and public in general."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Uchakagaon, Gopalganj for redressal of his grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
