====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 364, 341, 342, 323 and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. He has been falsely implicated in the instant case because there is dispute between the parties for payment of consideration amount for car.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner along with other co-accused at the point of pistol confined the informant in the room and demanded ransom of Rs.3,00,000/-. It is further alleged that they snatched Mobile of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 3.12.2018 having

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Rosera, in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
