2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 325, 354B, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that on 27.10.2023, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, armed with lathi and danda, came to house of informant and started abusing. It is further alleged that on protest, all the accused persons assaulted informant and her
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29461 of 2025(4) dt.11-08-2025 2/3 family members and also snatched gold chain from neck of informant and her nephew.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. As a matter of fact, husband of informant runs a small factory at Delhi wherein Petitioner No. 2 was working as a laborer but he was not paid the wages and when Petitioner No. 2 along with others went to demand for their due wages, this false and concocted case has been lodged. It is further submitted that the present F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of 14 days and there is no plausible explanation for the same. Doctor has found the injuries sustained by the injured simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, delay in lodging of the F.I.R., nature of injuries sustained by the injured and clean antecedents of the petitioners, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within

No.29461 of 2025(4) dt.11-08-2025 3/3 a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 705 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S..
