2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 337, 338, 335, 307, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the raiding party, as a result of which some of the police party got injured. It is further alleged that there was recovery of 19 liter country made Chulai liquor from the house of the accused persons

4. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the police personnel got several injuries during the assault. He next submits that illicit liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner and petitioner has also got one criminal antecedent under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

6. Considering the nature of injury and also the fact that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent , prayer for prearrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
