JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

A supplementary show-cause has been filed on behalf of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jehanabad, who is present in Court. Para 9 of the supplementary show-cause is relevant in this context, is quoted herein below: "9. That it is further submitted that, in view of the above stated Memo No. 3633 dated 12.12.2014, petitioner is working at his original place of posting since 13.12.2014 and regarding that a certificate has been given by the Head Master of the M.S. Ner, Makhdumpur on 19.01.2016."

It will be open for the petitioner to file a representation with respect to his claim before the appropriate authority, who will look into this aspect.

This application stands disposed of and the personal appearance of District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jehanabad is dispensed with.
