JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2016 The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Arwal P.S. Case No. 229 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner was appointed as panchayat teacher on the basis of forged certificate of Madhyama claimed to have been passed from Kameshwar Singh Sanskrit University, Darbhanga. It appears from the verification that petitioner never appeared at the Madhyama examination.

In view of the fact that the accusation in the F.I.R constitutes prima facie cognizable offence, this Court is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3157 of 2016 (2) dt.24-06-2016 2/2 not inclined to interfere.
