The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 319/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they kidnapped the girl of the informant for the purpose of marriage. Statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. indicates that the daughter of the informant had herself gone along with the petitioners and entered into marriage with Saurabh Kumar. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners
