The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Opposite party No.2, who is wife of the petitioner, has already appeared. Allegation is under Section 498A IPC. The parties are ready for settlement of dispute.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on provisional anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27785 of 2020(4) dt.19-02-2021 2/2 Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No.624C/2017(Tr. No.2553/2017), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court , failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

This order has been passed in presence of learned counsel for the parties.

The parties shall appear before the learned court below who shall take any step for settlement of dispute between the parties. If the petitioner would be cooperative in the settlement, the provisional anticipatory bail shall be confirmed by the learned court below.
