The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to pay amount of Rs. 3,45,600/- as the rental for Scorpio bearing registration no. BR-51-8787 which was hired by the Labour Superintendent, Banka.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already made a representation before the District Magistrate, Banka. However, no decision has been taken thereon. The writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate, Banka to decide the representation at

Patna High Court CWJC No.11933 of 2021(2) dt.21-02-2022 2/2 the earliest in any case not later than three weeks. In case, he finds that the Labour Superintendent, Banka has caused inordinate delay in release of the rental, he shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate action against him.
