2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is to have committed robbery and taken away, motorcycle, ATM, mobiles and cash worth of Rs.6,000/- which belongs to the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has not named in the FIR. He next submits that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted bail by a Coordinate Benches of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.30144 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33382 of 2026(2) dt.19-05-2026 2/2 2023 and 82118 of 2025 and he is in custody since 04.11.2025.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vineet Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran/concerned Court in connection with Chirayia P.S. Case No. 520 of 2022.
