====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 16-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 211, 212 of the Municipal Corporation Act.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner declared absconder by the learned court below. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his payer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Complaint Case No. 2C6/2000, TR No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28919 of 2019(7) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 325/2017 pending before the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned court below and learned court below shall consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner on the same day.
